Valuables should not be deposited in the cloakroom. The Management accepts no responsibility for articles left in pockets etc and not shown to the attendant at time of deposit.

Lost tickets will be asked to wait until the end of the evening. In the even that we cannot find the item we shall (subject to you completing an incident form available from the management) conduct an internal investigation and respond to you within 72 hours. In the event of loss from this cloakroom our insurers will only pay out to a maximum of £70 per claim.

Fat Sams Nightclub will not accept responsibility for garments not collected at the end of the session. The company shall retain unclaimed clothing for a maximum of three weeks after which it will be collected by a local charity shop.

Any valuables, mobile phones, purses etc left on the premises will be forwarded to Tayside Police Lost Property Department Weekly. All other items can be collected from FatSams between the hours of 2pm until 4pm.
